WashingtonPromo

Do you want your marriage to be a powerful expression of God’s love and purpose? One that will reflect glory and passion for Him through you?

Sacred and Intimate Lives of Husbands and Wives provides helpful hints on embracing the married union, and how to live your marriage as God intended. You will discover marriage is 1) instituted by God, 2) approved by God, 3) sacred and intimate, 4) an awakening to the sovereignty and love of God, 5) part of a godly purpose, and 6) a miracle of God’s grace.

Marriage is better when it contains the main ingredient… “God.”

Sacred and Intimate Lives of Husbands and Wives encourages every marriage to keep in mind their union is not about themselves.

A godly union reflects God’s love and sacrifice.

If you’re anticipating marriage, newly married, married a significant amount of years, separated, divorced, or widowed, this book is for you. In it you will find what is needed before and after that big step in holy matrimony. Her testament is based on the Word of God, research, observation, and her own marital experiences of trial, error, and-most importantly-victory!

Rise of the Skin-Hungry–The Parker J. Cole Show

parker-j-cole-banner

Hugs make the world go around. I’ll be the first to admit that. When a master storyteller recently shared a fascinating article about people who are “skin-hungry”. That means, those who lack the personal, intimate touch of another human being. It is not a sexual thing as much as an interpersonal connection. The article discussed how some criminals were affected psychologically by the lack of human touch when placed in solitary confinement.

We would go further and look back to Genesis 2:18 “And the Lord God said, It is not good that the man should be alone; I will make him an help meet for him.”

However, as this article postulates, people are becoming less and less interconnected. Human touch, connectivity is an essential part of being human. We need each other.  As the article states in it’s introduction: “As we live in an increasingly technology-focussed, socially disconnected world, we’re touching each other much less than before. But what does an absence of touch do to a person?”

Is it solely due to our dependence on technology that has caused this trend? Is it more? Join me for our continuing series with RD Palmer and I. You can call in at 929-477-1965 and press 1 to be live on air. Or, click on the link here: http://tobtr.com/s/11419743

tammyI am a Christian, mom, hairstylist/colorist, runner, and have always had a passion for writing. When I was a child I created/made up the character Renee. Many years later, my daughter was in a writing class, and one of her books talked about writing all your thoughts down, etc… And so, RENEE came to fruition on my Coral Word. RENEE has come a long way since I first started writing it seven years ago. It wasn’t until a few months ago, as I was starting book 2, that it came to be a trilogy. I give a lot of thanks and gratitude to Thomas J. Harvey. He helped me through the first book and gave awesome advice.
