Tonight on the Write Stuff — No More Anger with Kathleen Collard Miller

514RY9jf71L (1)Last year, I attended the first annual Southern California Christian Writer’s Conference. The night before the conference, I rode with a fellow faculty member to a lovely sprawling house where all the faculty met . I met a beautiful, graceful woman with long dark brown, regal features, and a wonderful smile.. We started talking and an author friend , who was with us, asked, “So, tell us about you. What’s your story?”  To my surprise, she said, “God delivered me from being a child abuser.” We sat riveted as we listened to thestory of how a loving God delivered her from her anger.

In the book, No More Anger, Kathy Collard Miller asks:

“How can I have hurt my own child?

Why am I so angry at my husband?

*What is it like to be in the heart and mind of an out of control mother?

*What is it like to hate yourself so much that you plan to take your own life?

*What is it like to believe God has given up on you and there is no hope?

*What is it like to see the emotional and physical pain you’re inflicting on your child?

The rest of the story …
*You’ll also learn what it’s like to see anger replaced by patience.

*You’ll also learn what it’s like to overcome suicidal thoughts.

*You’ll also learn what it’s like to know God never gives up on you.

*You’ll also learn what it’s like to see healing in the lives of those you wounded.

Kathy Collard Miller tells the riveting true story of being an angry and abusive mother. At the same time, she was a Christian who prayed for an instantaneous deliverance of her deep-seated anger. God answered yes through a process of growth. He also healed her relationship with her husband.

81-n+6xcCHL._UX250_ (2)I wanted to be a writer when I was a teenager, I just didn’t know what it looked like. As a young mom, I took a community writers class and learned about a query letter. I sent one off and as a result, sold my first article. Then I went to a writers conference and three years later, my first book was published. It was called “Out of Control” and told the story of how God delivered me from being a child abuser. Now over 30 years later, I have over 50 published books. Believe me, I never could have imagined God’s magnificent plan.

My books include Christian living topics, women’s Bible studies, and Bible commentaries. Plus, I was the compiler for the best selling “God’s Vitamin ‘C’ for the Spirit” series. I love writing and also love being a speaker. I’ve spoken in over 30 states and 8 foreign countries.

My passion is to help Christians trust God more and to help others know how much God loves them. I live in Southern California with my husband, Larry, of over 45 years. Although our marriage was headed for divorce when we had been married seven years and I even prayed the plane he was flying would crash, God restored our relationship and now he’s my best friend and greatest supporter.

We’ve written books together and we speak together on marriage. God has faithfully led and I’m privileged and grateful to serve Him as a writer and speaker. We are the parents of two and grandparents of two. Check out my website/blog: http://www.KathyCollardMiller.com

And guess what’s the scariest thing I’ve ever done? Jumped out of a plane sky-diving!

Tonight on the Write Stuff — Deliverance from Demons and Diseases with Eric M. Hill

Tormented by persistent problems or incurable diseases? Done all you know to reach God, but nothing happens? Fasting, praying, crying, counseling–nothing works? If so, this book is for you. Eric explains how to seek God for help. He shows from the Bible and personal examples that many problems are directly aggravated or caused by demons–evil spiritual entities ignored or scoffed at by many, but spoken of as literal beings by Jesus Christ and the Bible.

Eric regularly sees many people delivered from sexual, emotional, mental, and spiritual bondages that previously appeared unbreakable. A personal friend of his was dramatically healed of scoliosis right before the eyes of he and his wife and another couple. How? It happened by casting out the spirit–that’s right, the spirit–of scoliosis. A preacher who was called to the ministry confessed that he couldn’t answer the call because he was totally bound by lust. He was dramatically set free after only five or so minutes of what is commonly known as “deliverance ministry.”

Nonetheless, it isn’t the intent of this book to classify every negative thing that occurs as the work of a demonic spirit. It is, however, its intent to convince you that your situation could be the work of an evil spirit. What would you lose by taking the Bible seriously and at least cautiously examining whether these things are possible?

Do you believe in God? Do you believe He is a spirit? If so, you already believe in a major premise of this book–that spirits are real. Is it unreasonable to believe that if there is a such thing as a good spirit, God, that there could be evil spirits?

Hi! If you’re reading this, you obviously have read or are contemplating reading one or more of my books. I am grateful for God’s favor on my writing, and for each person who takes the time to read (and review!) my books. So, a big thank you!

I write Christian spiritual warfare fiction, as well as Christian fiction (and nonfiction) that’s not classified as spiritual warfare. My hope is to write stories that edify and grip your soul and push you closer to Christ.

You’ll notice in my writing that I write about real life. This doesn’t mean being graphic and unnecessary with sex, violence, or bad language. (I know I must give an account to the Lord on Judgment Day of every word I’ve written!) But it does mean I try to deal with hard issues and ungodly behavior, although in a godly way. So prepare for a good, realistic read.

Concerning other ministry, I am the founder and director of Eric’s School of Spiritual Warfare & Supernatural Ministry. Learn more about it at https://ericmhillauthor.com.

I appreciate all of you!

Eric
