Last year, I didn’t really advertise my Saturday shows because they’re more so commentary and life according to me with interviews interspersed throughout. But this year, I figure I’ll do something different and invite to be a part of my Saturday discussions. Join me as I talk about being real in the New Year. The Parker J Cole can be heard Saturdays from 2-3 pm Eastern time.
We all have resolutions, goals, and aspirations we want for the coming year. For some of us, 2015 will be the year that our star shines the brightest. Everyone will know our name. Our accomplishments we’ve worked so hard for will be fulfilled. Our status in life will rise to a new level. When that happens, make sure to give God praise as He is the source of all blessings.
For others, 2015 will be year we wished never happened. Perhaps we will experience the death of a loved one, loss of employment, a dream deferred, a family torn apart, or something else. Hiding our heads in the sand won’t make it go away. Nor will ignoring it make it not happen. When that happens, make sure to cling ever closer to God from who all comfort flows.
No matter what happens, how can we still be real to the Lord and to ourselves when great things happen to us? How can we still be real when great calamity falls on us? Join me as I discuss this topic and take your comments and questions. You can call in at 646-595-2083, press 1 to be live on air. Or, you can download the WLUV radio mobile app today. Any way you can, tune in.
